About David A. Smith,

RN, MSN, PMHNP

David has been in practice as a Psychiatric Practitioner for 12 years, and has worked as a nurse and therapist for 18 years. He graduated with his MSN from UNC - Chapel Hill, and with his RN from the University of California - San Francisco. He did his undergraduate work, with a triple major in Psychology, Pre-Health, and Computer Science at Guilford College in Greensboro NC.​
